Return and Exchange:

Our Return Policy
You may return most items purchased at orientbox.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service specialist within 15 days of delivery by e-mail at services@orientbox.com. Please supply the specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Orientbox.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

we can not refund freight, free shipped items will be charged $4.95 for original shipping when they are returned
